Top selling High grade colour stable cold curing (self cure) acrylic resin with short processing time.
Cold-curing colour stable resin with short processing time. The casting time is 2 minutes and the total processing time 7 minutes. Cadmium-free.
Indications: Partial Dentures, Repair Material, Splint Adjustments (Clear) (Colour match with Paladent 20 or Paladon 65 Heatcure)
Advantages:
- High fitting accuracy
- Certified biocompatibility
- Very good mucosa tolerance due to low residual monomer contents
- Colour-stable due to catalyst system
Process: Palapress is pourable for 2 min after mixing. After 4 min Palapress reaches a dull plastic phase of about 3 – 3.5 min, during which Palapress is stable and will not flow. Optimum polymerization without air bubbles is made in the Palamat elite pressure curing unit at 55 °C and 2 bars pressure for 20 min. Until intraoral placement, store denture in water.
