Edenta TC Tungsten Carbide Cross Cut ‐ Cut 30 ‐ Superfine

For fine finishing of gold, alloys and all versions of resins & composites – due to the special cut also ideally suited for ceramics avoiding occurrence of crackles.

Zirconia Use - Tungsten Carbide Cutter Trimming the contact points of the blank connectors as well as adjustments of irregularities when contouring with superfine cross cut.

Trimming unsintered zirconia restorations before sintering/stain sintering. A prerequisite for a long service life of all ceramic restorations is material-specific and therefore material-friendly trimming of the unsintered ZrO2 restoration.

YELLOW SUPERFINE Tungsten Carbide Cutter
Trimming the contact points of the blank connectors as well as adjustments of irregularities when contouring with superfine cross cut.

STEP 2

(2) C1.104 TC Rose Burs
Occlusal adjustments using tungsten carbide burs, min. diameter 1 mm.

STEP 3

(3) Polisher CeraGloss
Smoothing surfaces using CeraGloss polishers with a coarse grit to ensure an optimal penetration depth of liquid colours.
