Detax Molloplast B (Permanent soft heatcured relining material)

Permanent soft heatcured relining material for processing in dental laboratories. One component silicone, heat curing, microwave‐polymerising, wide indications.

Curing Time: Microwave 20 mins or Standard Cure 2 hours approx.

Tips and Tricks:

1. Bubbles In Your Molloplast B Lining with new thick lower dentures - This is caused by the excess monomer pushing through the Molloplast B layer when polymerising the new denture. This can be solved by either bringing the denture up to temperature much slower over a longer priod of time allowing the excess monomer to escape or pre-polymerising the denture with a spacer first so that the majority of monomer has had the chance to burn off before applying the Molloplast B to the denture for the final polymerisation.
