Aldente Aqua Pressure Pot 7.0L (581-009-027) 

7.0L just offers a little more height in tank which is not normally required. Width is the same as 4.5L.

Manual polymerisation pots (4.5l / 7l pots) are used by manually filling them with warm / hot water (50-60 °C) and using compressed air to pressurise the tank to approximately 1-2 bar.

Can be heated on electric hot plate. (Purchase from white goods electrical shop)

Use to polymerise repairs, addtions and relines under pressure which helps removes porosity and reduced colour change in treated prosthesis using self cure acrylic in order to improve work quality.

  • Your Premises End - Hose comes with Brass European Style Quick Fitting as per photo, which might not suit your premises compressed air system style. You most likely will need to cut the hose / remove brass fitting and replace this with a compressed air connection to suit your labs internal air line / air fitting style. Durodent does not stock or provide these fittings as there are many different styles. You will need to source from a compressed air component supplier or Reece / Bunnings etc.
