Manual polymerisation pots (4.5l / 7l pots) are used by manually filling them with warm / hot water (50-60 °C) and using compressed air to pressurise the tank to approximately 1-2 bar.

Can be heated on electric hot plate. (Purchase from white goods electrical shop)

Use to polymerise repairs, addtions and relines under pressure which helps removes porosity and reduced colour change in treated prosthesis using self cure acrylic in order to improve work quality.
