Xthetic® hot classic
Denture Base Resin, heat-curing. Acrylic resin for the manufacture of removable or fixed dentures by using the packing and pressing technique.
Indications: Manufacture of total and partial dentures using the packing and pressing technique

Swelling Phase: Approx 10 Min
Processing Phase (Packing / Pressing): Approx. 20 mins.
Polymerisation Boiling Time at 95 Deg: Bring Water up to boiling and boil for 20 minutes or long-term polymerisation techniques.
* No heatcure acrylic likes to be put straight in boiling water. Always bring up water from lower temperature around 70 deg. If acrylic shocked straight into boiling water it can cause porosity in thick dentures.
