High-Power Stroboscopic-light flash-curing device with N2-gas (nitrogen gas) port for post-curing 3D-printed parts.

Unit can be used in 3 modes. No Gas, Pre-Flood Gas, Gas.
The Otoflash is a light polymerization chamber for the hardening/curing of light curing resins for jewelry, dental, and otoplastic applications. Two photoflash lamps at the bottom of the curing chamber operate in a work mode with a frequency of 10 flashes per second. The photo-flash lamps produce a very intensive light radiation in a spectrum from 300 up to 700nm. Because of this intensive light radiation, a better hardening of the materials is possible, resulting in materials with good physical values and reduced content of residual monomer versus using other lamp types with a different light emitting spectrum.
The Otoflash G171-6 is compatible with connection to a supply of medical grade Nitrogen. Using Nitrogen prevents oxygen inhibition of polymerisation, surfaces are cured completely non-stick and there is no need to remove or wipe away the inhibition layer.

For curing composites or UV-lacquer, recommend the full range of wavelength (280N2).
280N2 = 280-950nm Trays recommended for e.g. Keystone, Pac-Dent, VOCO, Deltamed, EnvisionTec, Asiga. This tray lasts also a bit longer.
360N2 = 360-950nm Trays recommend for Detax resins, Pro3dure resins, Saremco resin, and for some dentona resins and for some Dreve resins.
The trays should be replaced after approximately 30-50 hours of usage time.
In addition to this, the trays should be replaced if they exhibit strong yellowing, or have been severely scratched or dirtied.
Cracked, dirtied, or yellowed trays reduce the effectiveness of the light irradiation.
